处理事由：该生自2018年09月入学至今，修习年限已达到学校规定的最长修业年限8年。经核查，该生目前仍有学分未修满，毕业论文未完成。

Grounds for disposal: Having enrolled in September 2018, the above students have reached the maximum duration of study of 8 years prescribed by the University. Upon verification, they have not fulfilled the credit requirements and have not completed their graduation theses.

处理依据：根据《桂林信息科技学院学籍管理实施细则》（桂信教〔2024〕130号）第九章第三十九条“在学校规定的学习年限内未完成学业的；学校可予退学处理。”

Basis for disposal: In accordance with Article 39, Chapter IX of theDetailed Implementation Rules for Student Status Management of Guilin Instutute of Information Technology(Guixinjiao〔2024〕No.130): Any student who fails to complete their studies within the prescribed study period may be withdrawn from the university.

学生享有陈述和申辩的权利，学生可在拟处理告知书下发后10日内向学校教务处陈述和申辩。

Students have the right to make representations and submit a defence. They may submit representations and a defence to the University Academic Affairs Office within 10 calendar days from the date of service of this proposed notice.
